HOT YOGA
Practiced in a room heated to a temperature of 40°C. This style of yoga, hugely popular across Canada and the US is an empowering combination of deep stretching and strengthening resulting in the detoxification of mind and body. We are excited to be the first to offer it on PEI. A great practice for beginners because of the basic sequencing of poses designed for the more intense environment.
HOT FLOW
Practiced in a moderately heated room. Warm the body up inside and out! Explore the depths of yoga as you flow through a guided vinyasa practice incorporating hand balancing, inversions, backbending and much more!
YOGA FLOW
Let this fun, uplifting yoga practice set in the middle of your work day give you the inspiration you need to get through your day! A smooth flow class designed to help you access strength, flexibility, and balance.
Our yoga classes are inspired by YYoga, Anusara, Vinyasa, and Ishta traditions.

SUPER KIDS (8 - 12 years)
Super Kids will teach young athletes the foundational components of athleticism through a fun, dynamic and safe training environment. Children between the ages of 8 and 12 are at a peak stage for nervous system development. This means that most of their body awareness, coordination, movement mechanics and balance will be developed by the age of 13 making it a critical time for young athletes to train. The program focuses on developing movement not muscle. Therefore there is no need to introduce weight training at this age. The focus is on balance, agility, quickness, core stability, posture, and reactivity. By joining our Super Kids program your child will learn the essentials of movement which will give a child the confidence and ability to move more freely. This is a great program for those looking to unlock their potential by developing functional mechanics, and efficient movement.
SPORT PREP (13 years and up)
Eli Sport is a unique conditioning system that builds and expands on the fundamentals learned in the Super Kids program. The skills acquired in the younger program will enhance your success in future programs. Athletes will be exposed to the introduction of light weight training, rotary strength techniques, and the development of speed and power principles. Athletes will acquire the fundamental skills and techniques necessary to significantly enhance future sport performance. This program is the ideal sport training tool for sports that require quick foot movements, flat out speed, and overall strength. Eli Sport also introduces the aspiring athlete to more advanced and dynamic forms of training. Athletes will receive instruction on proper sprint mechanics; plyometrics; lateral speed; weight training and basic Olympic lifting. Eli Sport provides the aspiring athlete with the tools and support system that is needed to take their training to the highest level.
YOGA SPORT (13 years and up)
Yoga Sport is a program designed by Eli Sport trainers to maximize athletic flexibility. High Performance sport requires athletes to maximize their range of motion in both the upper and lower regions of the body. Yoga Sport is instructed by Eli Sport certified staff and yoga instructors in our state of the art, Hot Yoga studio. This program is extremely beneficial to all athletes and will take hockey goaltenders to a whole new level of flexibility.

Don't succumb to a method of drift and neglect when it comes to your fitness. Take the time to refine your philosophy for a better life. Take charge of your health and wellness. Try an adult functional fitness program and commit yourself to a new journey. Let it bring out the athlete in you, helping you enjoy an active life pain-free. AFF will help you get functionally fit for the sports and everyday activities you enjoy, in a safe environment. Each session is 75 minutes in length and participants can choose to train 1 - 4 times per week. Whether you're a weekend warrior with a desire to maximize your athletic performance or just looking to get the most out of the sports and activities you enjoy, this program will help you "be your best you" everyday!

For a high energy workout that will make you sweat! You will be guided through a challenging cardiovascular program designed to burn calories and tone the body.
ZUMBA FITNESS
Kick off your shoes in this latin-dance inspired fitness class that will leave you feeling sweaty and sensational!

PILATES MAT
Learn how ease of movement and correct body alignment are the keys of improving flexibility, strength and posture. Discover the importance of breathing, relaxation, control and fluidity all within one exercise program. Our unlimited schedule has an all level system. These classes are based on the majority level. Beginners will be safely guided while more advanced practitioners will be given challenging variations.
REFORMER
A resistance based Pilates machine that dramatically strengthens and lengthens your body by demanding your core muscles to be isolated throughout the entire workout. This exercise program will transform the way you move and leave you feeling longer, leaner and stronger.
STABILITY BALL
Adding a ball to the Pilates Mat class enhances the experience! The ball will challenge your balance increasing the ability to access your center. One of our most popular Pilates classes!
