The Pilates method's primary goals for its students are, in addition to sculpting and defining the body, the development of better posture, increased flexibility, and greater physical strength that will enable them to perform better in their daily lives. Pilates training is based on the client's individual needs and correction of specific physical deficits. Clients will experience profound results; they look better, feel better, and are challenged on multiple levels. Pilates training keeps one motivated and interested in exercising and offers maximum physical benefit. People of all ages and physical conditions can benefit from Pilates. Most people are not accustomed to paying attention to 'how movement feels' but through the practice of Pilates people gain strength, coordination and confidence in their bodies, they learn how to work with their bodies not against it.

POLICIES

PUNCTUALITY For maximum benefit of class arrive on time! Latecomers will not be permitted.

FOOD & WATER Although you should not eat a big meal at least two hours prior to class you don’t want to be starving – a banana or granola bar are great pre-class snacks if necessary. STAY HYDRATED! Drink water before, during or after class. Filtered water is available at the studio so bring your bottle!

CELLPHONES Turn them off!

PERFUMES & OILS Wait until after class to lotion up!

EQUIPMENT A $2 rental fee each will be charged for borrowed mats and towels. Yoga Mats & Towels are also available for purchase in our boutique.

MEDICAL Advise the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions & check with your doctor before starting any new fitness practice.

CLOTHING Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.

  • All fees are non-refundable
  • No latecomers will be admitted to the Hot Yoga & Pilates Classes
  • 6 month unlimited - payable in 2 equal installments/1 year unlimited in 4 equal installments

PILATES MAT
Learn how ease of movement and correct body alignment are the keys of improving flexibility, strength and posture. Discover the importance of breathing, relaxation, control and fluidity all within one exercise program. Our unlimited schedule has an all level system. These classes are based on the majority level of participants. Beginners will be safely guided while more advanced practitioners will be given challenging variations. Inquire about our Intro workshops and our Pilates 101.

STABILITY BALL
Adding a ball to the Pilates Mat class enhances the experience! The ball will challenge your balance increasing the ability to access your core. One of our most popular Pilates classes!


REFORMER (Small Group Training)
A resistance based Pilates machine that dramatically strengthens and lengthens your body by demanding your core muscles to be isolated throughout the entire workout. This exercise program will transform the way you move and leave you feeling longer, leaner and stronger.
